So I made my own fitness challenge last week. Its going really good so far I want to share it! Its really easy to do and it keeps me motivated. For five weeks I will walk/jog/run 15 miles a week and bike/rollerblade 20 miles. Thats it! If I stick with it im going to treat myself to a new pair of running shoes 🙂
