Today’s Green Juice

I love trying a new green juice every morning. Well, if im not too tired or late! You will see these recipes often.

  • Half of a medium cucumber
  • One gala apple
  • Two kiwi
  • Small handful of parsley
  • Two stalks of celery
  • Small silce of fresh ginger

    i usually have a green smoothie every morning (if i’m not running late! teehee). most days it consists of one banana, about a cup of frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, grapes, etc), one small can of pineapple, a handful of spinach, a squirt of flax seed oil, and some water. your green juice recipe sounds yum! i’m craving cucumbers, now.
